Exchange & Refund Policy 

• Customers are allowed to check and open the product while the courier is present.

• Exchange or return is only allowed in front of the courier if there is a clear issue (wrong item or defect).

• Once the courier leaves, no exchanges or refunds will be accepted.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

• Orders purchased during sales or promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• يُسمح للعميل بفتح ومعاينة المنتج أثناء وجود مندوب الشحن فقط.

• الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع مسموح فقط أمام المندوب في حالة وجود خطأ واضح أو عيب في المنتج.

• لا يوجد استبدال أو استرجاع بعد مغادرة المندوب نهائيًا.

• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.

• المنتجات التي تم شراؤها خلال العروض أو الخصومات لا تُستبدل ولا تُسترجع.
